2026 Stroke Care Network Summit
The Annual Stroke Care Network (SCN) Summit is a multidisciplinary educational activity designed to enhance stroke care delivery across the continuum. This program brings together healthcare professionals involved in stroke care to review current evidence‑based guidelines, quality improvement strategies, and best practices in acute treatment, post‑acute management, and secondary prevention. Through expert presentations and collaborative discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge to support system‑level improvements and optimize patient outcomes.

Learning Objectives
After the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Apply current evidence-based guidelines to the assessment, acute treatment, post-acute management, and secondary prevention of stroke.
- Analyze quality improvement strategies that enhance stroke systems of care and improve patient outcomes.
- Integrate multidisciplinary best practices to strengthen coordinated stroke care across the continuum.
- Evaluate opportunities for system-level improvements that optimize the delivery of stroke care and patient outcomes.
