Thank you for registering for the 7th Annual KY Hematology Oncology Pharmacy Symposium. We look forward to seeing you!
The Kentucky Hematology & Oncology Pharmacy Symposium (KHOPS) is hosted by Markey Cancer Network (MCN) and UK Pharmacy Services. This symposium is intended for oncology pharmacists, who are vital members of the cancer care team by helping guide therapy selection and toxicity management, participating in outcomes data analysis, and overseeing pharmacy operations in a rapidly evolving healthcare specialty area. Given the rapidly changing environment, pharmacists must stay informed of advances in practice in order to effectively participate in patient care activities. The purpose of this program is to educate pharmacists regarding the implications of recent innovations in the field of hematology/oncology, as well as provide an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues regarding contemporary challenges in oncology pharmacy.
The 2026 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Symposium will explore current and emerging topics in oncology pharmacy practice, including:
- Emerging therapies in hematology and medical oncology
- Key clinical updates and practice-changing findings from ASCO 2026
- Formulary management and oncology data trends
- Integration of Molecular Tumor Boards into oncology pharmacy practice
- Healthcare policy, regulatory changes, financial toxicity, and medication access challenges
- Practice innovation, operational excellence, and medication safety
- Research, quality improvement, and case-based learning to improve patient outcomes
Target Audience
Pharmacists, Physicians, and Nurses in Oncology Care
Learning Objectives
