Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the most recent criteria for establishing the diagnosis of MS
  2. Identify classical and often diagnostic features of disorders that are frequently mistaken for multiple sclerosis
  3. Discuss the reasons that physicians are led to the incorrect diagnosis of MS
