6th Annual Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Symposium
Oncology pharmacists are vital members of the cancer care team who help guide therapy selection and toxicity management, participate in outcomes data analysis, and oversee pharmacy operations in a rapidly evolving healthcare specialty area. Given the rapidly changing environment, pharmacists must stay informed of advances in practice in order to participate in patient care activities effectively. The purpose of this program is to educate pharmacists regarding the implications of recent innovations in the field of hematology/oncology and provide an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues regarding contemporary challenges in oncology pharmacy.
