Ann Marie Holas-Dryps is the System Vice President of Norton Heart and Vascular Institute in Louisville Kentucky. She started in this role in October 2020, previously serving as the Senior Director of the Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute in Springfield, Oregon. She has a 30 plus year background in business growth and development in heart and vascular care and radiology and medical imaging. She serves on the cardiology service line executive committee and co leads the strategic growth and development sub committees with her physician dyad partners.
Throughout her career, Ann Marie has been a catalyst for process improvement, leading quality program development and implementing innovative initiatives that elevate patient care. Her contributions include launching INR home monitoring, restructuring a structural heart program, and introducing same-day discharge protocols for cath lab patients.
Ann Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Health Care from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She also earned a Certificate in Cardiovascular Management and Business Essentials from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. In addition, she holds a certificate in nuclear medicine from the William Beaumont Hospital School of Allied Health in Royal Oak, Michigan.
