1. Review ancient to modern understandings of epilepsy in Eastern Europe
2. Discuss Romanian folklore related to epilepsy diagnosis, investigations, and management
3. Describe the epidemiology and clinical features of cluster headache
4. Outline the pathophysiology of cluster headache leading to its clinical features
5. Review the management of cluster headache along with emerging treatments
6. Distinguish cluster headache from primary and secondary headache disorders with similar clinical features
