Jacob Brooks is a current PGY Pharmacy Resident at UK HealthCare’s Good Samaritan Hospital, originally from Williamsburg, KY. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.  He has accepted the position of PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Resident at UK HealthCare for next year. He currently serves on the Inpatient Pharmacy Practice Committee and Grand Rounds Resident Committee.
