Dr. Sarah Vickey, PharmD, BCACP, is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist at Ephraim McDowell Health.  She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Vickey has experience in community pharmacy management as well as ambulatory care. She is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care, interprofessional collaboration, and a strong commitment to public health. Most recently she worked to improve the transitions of care program at Ephraim McDowell Health with the goal of reducing readmission rates and improving patient outcomes. Dr. Vickey precepts pharmacy students from the University of Kentucky as well as PGY1 residents.
