    • Describe the distribution of Ophthalmology call volume among resident physicians.

    • analyze barriers to ocular imaging and documentation in emergency and inpatient clinical settings. 
    • Design a practical device to improve visualization and photographic documentation of fluorescein-stained ocular findings. 
    • Assess the useability and clinical effectiveness of novel ocular imaging device in emergency medicine and ophthalmology practice. 
  • PGY2:
    • Consult Template Checklist: 
      • Analyze factors affecting efficiency and accuracy during Ophthalmology consults workflows.
      • Design a standardized checklist to support ophthalmology residents during on-call patient consultations. 
      • Evaluate the effectiveness of checklist-based interventions in improving ophthalmology consult performance. 
    • Emergency in the clinic:
      • Describe the emergency response protocol for the ophthalmology clinic setting. 
      • Identify the location and appropriate use of emergency supplies within the clinical environment. 
      • Demonstrate the process for activating emergency medical services during a clinical emergency.
