Jimer Battaile, BSN, RN, serves as the Structural Heart Program Nurse Coordinator at the University of Kentucky. In this role, Jimer manages and supports patients undergoing evaluation and treatment for structural heart conditions, such as aortic stenosis, mitral regurgitation, and septal defects.

Jimer earned her BSN from Indiana Wesleyan University and was the director of the electrophysiology department in Pikeville, Kentucky for several years before transferring to her current role at the Gill Heart & Vascular Institute. She now focuses on caring for the complex cardiac population in central Kentucky. Jimer is passionate about educating patients on how to navigate the healthcare system and streamlining clinical workflows.
