Lawrence “Larry” Rector, CPA, is the CEO/COO/CFO of Dayspring Health, Inc. He has served as CEO since June 2024 and as COO/CFO since 2018, overseeing the organization’s operations in both Kentucky and Tennessee. His leadership at Dayspring has driven the expansion of revenue sources, enhanced patient experience outcomes and introduced various new clinical services. Most recently, his leadership has positioned the organization to expand its services in Kentucky with the opening of a comprehensive regional health center in 2024, utilizing NMTC, USDA financing, and the HRSA loan guarantee.

In addition, Larry serves as the Vice President of Finance at Cherokee Health Systems in Tennessee and provides consulting services to other health centers as a Managing Member of Rector Business Solutions, LLC.

Prior to joining Dayspring Health, Inc., Larry served as a financial operations leader for various organizations, including the University of the Cumberlands, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and Johnson University. He is a licensed CPA in Kentucky and a member of the AICPA and KyCPA societies of CPAs. He earned his MBA from the University of the Cumberlands.

When away from the office, Larry enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their four children, as well as reading, running, volunteering at church, and working on house projects.
