Lisa Williams is an empathetic disruptor for change and organizational well-being, guiding organizations through transformative processes to tackle systemic causes of burnout and enhance professional fulfillment. Recognizing the interconnectedness of individual well-being, team dynamics, and organizational culture, Lisa uses a holistic and comprehensive approach to drive positive change.
Lisa is the Associate Dean for Well-Being at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, where she leads the university’s first Office for Organizational Well-Being. Before assuming her role as Associate Dean, Lisa was an adjunct assistant professor in the UK College of Health Sciences and the Emotional Intelligence Advisor to the college's Physician Assistant Department. In addition, Lisa has served as an ICF-certified leadership coach and organizational consultant, a co-founder of the High Impact Leadership Project, an adjunct professor in the UK College of Social Work, and an executive leader for various organizations, including the former University of Kentucky Institute for Workplace Innovation.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Social Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University.
