Courtney Luecking, PhD, MPH, RDN, LD has been a registered and licensed dietitian for nearly 20 years and holds a doctoral degree in Nutrition from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior work experiences span clinical, community, and research settings including WIC and obesity-metabolism research. In her current role as an Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist, she focuses on improving population health and health equity through facilitating cross-sector partnerships with Cooperative Extension that elevate the quality of nutrition and feeding environments during the early childhood period.
