Miranda Arzate is a current PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy resident at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. She attended Midwestern University – Glendale in Glendale, AZ for pharmacy school. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy resident at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. Miranda will be joining Norton Healthcare after residency completion as the Infectious Diseases Pharmacists for the Indiana hospitals.
