Dr. Pan is the Director of the Division of Pediatric Plastic Surgery and Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery – Clinical Affiliated at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He also serves as Director of the Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship, Director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Team, and co-director of the Craniosynostosis and Cranial Reconstruction Center. His clinical and research interests are centered on the care of patients with facial clefts, micrognathia and craniosynostosis.
