Shelbi Adams, Pharm.D., BCPS earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2017. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in 2018 and a PGY2 in Internal Medicine in 2019. Shelbi primarily practices in Advanced Heart Failure in the acute care setting but also has experience caring for these patients in the ambulatory and critical care settings. She has been board certified in pharmacotherapy since 2019.
