UK Ophthalmology invites all faculty, fellows, and certified technicians to our annual research symposium, showcasing the scholarly work of our PGY2-PGY4 residents. The event highlights original research conducted over the past academic year, featuring podium presentations and a featured poster session. A guest speaker will also present on current advancements in the field. Join us in supporting academic excellence and the future of eye care.

Target Audience

Ophthalmology and Optometry Providers, Residents and Fellows, Ophthalmology Technicians.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Summarize key topics in Optometry derived from current literature and clinical practice.
  • Review core Ophthalmology concepts informed by contemporary literature and clinical experience.
  • Identify strategies to enhance participant knowledge acquisition in Ophthalmology.
  • Explain current diagnostic and management approaches in Ophthalmology based on up-to-date evidence and practice
