Dr. Chase A Francoeur, OD, FAAO completed his Doctor of Optometry (O.D) at the University of Houston as a recipient of the Indian Health Service Health Professions Scholarship. Upon receiving his doctorate he completed a residency in ocular disease at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky with an emphasis in the management of acute care ophthalmic disease in a hospital-based setting while receiving additional training in neuro-ophthalmology, oculoplastic, retina, and uveitis specialty clinics. Dr. Francoeur is an active member of Idaho Optometric Physicians, currently serving as Vice President and Membership Chair, is an active member of the Third Party Center Committee for the American Optometric Association and a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
