Amy Baker currently serves as a Harm Reduction Health Educator for the Kentucky Department for Public Health Harm Reduction Branch.  She previously served as the Substance Use Intervention Program Coordinator for Lexington Fayette-Urban County Government.  Baker received a master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky in 1997.
