Ellen is a Technical Advisor at the CDC Foundation, where she works on the Bloomberg Overdose Prevention Initiative. She has been with the CDC Foundation for 6 years, also formerly serving as the KY PHA for the Overdose Response Strategy.  She holds her DrPH from the University of Kentucky, an MA in Counseling from West Virginia University, and did her bachelor's work at Miami University (OH). Prior to her career in overdose prevention, she worked in cancer prevention and control. Ellen resides in Lexington, KY.
