Jennifer Osborne is the Social and Community Services Manager for Lincoln Trail District Health Department where she has worked for the past twenty-two years to help improve the health of Lincoln Trail communities and advocate for public health policy.  Her current role has allowed her to create and grow programs that bring awareness to the needs of some of our most vulnerable populations.  Working with community partners across the Lincoln Trail District to meet the needs of people with substance use disorder and their loved ones led to the creation of the Hardin County Overdose Fatality Review Team alongside the Hardin County Coroner’s Office.  The team was the first of its kind in Kentucky and has reviewed over 100 overdose fatalities to date. In addition to her work with Overdose Fatality Review, Jennifer oversees LTDHD’s harm reduction, youth prevention, and safe communities programs across the six-county service area.
