Regina Padilla, M.Ed., LPCA, ICGC-I, is the Team Lead of Recovery Services and Behavioral Health Therapist at NorthKey Community Care specializing in substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and problem gambling. With over a decade of experience in substance use treatment and five years in mental health, she brings both clinical expertise and frontline leadership to her work. Regina is also a DUI assessor and instructor and has extensive experience working with substance use populations. Her work centers on overdose prevention and advancing recovery through the integration of Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) and evidence-based practices. Shaped by personal exposure to addiction within her family, Regina is deeply committed to addressing the realities of addiction and helping individuals achieve sustainable, long-term recovery.
