Jaelin Southerling, MPH

Jaelin Southerling, MPH, is a Public Health Analyst with the CDC Foundation supporting the Overdose Response Strategy (ORS). With over six years of experience in overdose prevention and response, she works to strengthen collaboration between public health and public safety, enhance real-time data sharing, and support evidence-informed strategies. Her work includes Overdose Fatality Reviews, ODMAP implementation, and community engagement to inform local responses and identify emerging drug trends. She holds a Master of Public Health from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville.
