Brandon Fitch serves as the Program Administrator for Recovery Services and KORE Reentry Implementation Specialist within the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. In this role, he oversees statewide recovery-focused initiatives and contracts, including recovery housing and Oxford House services, and works closely with providers, justice partners, and community stakeholders to strengthen systems of care.

Brandon’s work centers on advancing recovery-oriented systems, improving coordination across agencies, supporting reentry initiatives, and enhancing accountability through contract oversight and performance monitoring. With a strong background in community-based recovery support and program implementation, he brings practical experience and collaborative leadership to statewide substance use treatment and recovery efforts.
