Alissa Briggs, PhD is an associate professor and licensed psychologist in pediatrics at UK Golisano Children’s. In 2023, Dr. Briggs’s research focuses on adolescent suicide prevention and intervention in medical and school settings. She is the principal investigator on a US DOJ subawards (#2500001705, #2600000743) administered by the KY Justice and Public Safety Cabinet that supports the implementation of suicide risk assessment and treatment consult service for pediatric medical clinics.
