Jessica Cofran is a Director of Trauma Services at CommonSpirit Health. She has 17 years’ trauma nursing experience with specialty in trauma critical care, emergency care, trauma registry, and process improvement. Jessica is currently serving as the Chair of the American Trauma Society Trauma Nurse Leadership Council, Co-Chair of the Society of Trauma Nurse Leadership Development Committee, and contributing member of the Trauma Outcomes Performance Improvement Course (TOPIC) Committee. Jessica has special interest in utilizing technology to elevate performance improvement processes, trauma data analytics and implementation, and development of regional systemization and inter-facility collaboration.
