Dr. Ayach is a Professor of Medicine in the division of Nephrology at the University of Kentucky. He received his medical degree from the Lebanese University in Beirut, Lebanon. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital- Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven, CT and a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Ayach is the associate program director of Nephrology Fellowship, and he serves as the Dialysis Medical Director at UK Healthcare. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology, and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Nephrology.
