Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify patients at risk of HSV encephalitis
- Outline the appropriate workup and treatment for patients with HSV encephalitis
- Describe neurological sequelae that are associated with HSV encephalitis
- Discuss the different testing modalities for HSV encephalitis
