Taylor Wisdom, PharmD, MPH is an Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Northern Kentucky. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and her Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Memphis School of Public Health. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System and her PGY2 Infectious Disease Pharmacy Residency at Detroit Medical Center. She helps to assist in the maintenance of St. Elizabeth Healthcare’s IDSA Antimicrobial Stewardship Center of Excellence designation. She is a preceptor for both PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, along with advanced practice pharmacy students.
