Brannan Griffin, MD

Brannan B. Griffin, MD, a gynecologic and cytopathologist, is an assistant professor of anatomic pathology at Emory University - School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the Associate Director of Surgical Pathology for the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine and is a member of the Winship Cancer Institute's Cell and Molecular Biology research program. He earned his MD from the University of Mississippi - School of Medicine; completed anatomic & clinical pathology residency and cytopathology fellowship at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois; and gynecologic pathology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. He currently is a member of the College of American Pathologists Cytopathology committee and American Society of Cytopathology Continuing Education Oversight committee.
