Tracy has been a nurse for 32 years. Tracy started her career in Oncology Medical-Surgical nursing and then transferred into the critical care setting where she completed her bedside nursing journey after 20 years.  For the last 12 years, Tracy has worked as a critical care staff development nurse and now is a Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Neuroscience service-line. Tracy is passionate about new graduates, preventing harm, safe medication administration, evidenced based practice & clinical coaching.  But, more than anything, Tracy strives to see the patient perspective and finding ways to practice empathy.  When Tracy is not a work she enjoys walks with her family and pickleball.
