While Dr. Saari is originally from Illinois, she completed medical school at Campbell University in North Carolina. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the University of South Carolina Prisma Health. After finishing residency, she joined the Department of Hospital Medicine at UK Healthcare as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine. She has a passion in triaging and ensuring appropriate patient dispositioning to maximize both patient and hospital benefit. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and traveling with her dad.
