John Romond, MD is an academic hospitalist at the University of Kentucky.  He received his undergraduate degree from UK studying Spanish and humanities before attending medical school at UK.  He remained at UK for residency before joining the faculty in adult Hospital Medicine in 2014.  He is involved in medical student and resident education, co-directs a QI course for 1st year medical students, and is a unit medical director at Chandler Hospital.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
