Rachel C. Miller, MS, RD, CSO, LD has been a registered dietitian since 2007 and has worked with UK Markey Cancer Center since 2012 with outpatient services. In addition to providing medical nutrition therapy to patients and caregivers, she participates in nutrition related research and community education. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) since 2018 and is a subject matter expert for the national CSO exam. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio and completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics at Miami University (Ohio), then her master's degree at the University of Kentucky in addition to her dietetic internship.
