Kate Pielage is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a specialization in oncology care. She earned her BSN at Indiana Wesleyan University and her MSN for Family Practice at Walden University. She completed post-graduate studies in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care-and is an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner. She practiced for 7 years in Adult Medical Oncology care at TriHealth and St. Elizabeth. In 2024, she transitioned to the Precision Medicine department at St. Elizabeth and runs the High-Risk Breast Cancer Clinic and the THRIVE Wellness Clinic, as well as cares for patients with Dr. Brooke Holbrook in the Prevention Clinic for patients with germline mutations. In conjunction with Dr. Holbrook, she has also developed a CHIP protocol to help care for our CHIP positive patients.

 In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and two boys on their farm. They are raising chickens, ducks, and turkeys. Kate has also enjoyed learning homesteading methods over the past year and learning to cook from scratch.
