Keaton Prebble, Pharm.D. is the current PGY2 Infectious Disease pharmacy resident at UofL Health. He obtained his Pharm.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and completed his first year of residency at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, Kentucky. In his current role, Keaton triages antimicrobials for escalation to infectious disease providers, acts as a mentor to current UofL PGY1 residents, and manages SAS meetings for the UofL Health system. Keaton’s special interests include antimicrobial stewardship education, outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy, and infection readmission reduction.
