Dr. Shannon Voogt is a graduate of Calvin University (BA, Psychology) and Michigan State University (MD). She trained in Family Medicine at the University of Kentucky and has been teaching in the Family Medicine department for over a decade. Her special interests include women's healthy, obstetrics, pediatrics, inpatient medicine, and home-based care. She is the Family Medicine Clerkship Director and the Primary Care Scholarly Track Director for UK College of Medicine. In her free time she enjoys parenting her four children and is a sought-after classical vocalist.
