Dr. Haque practices non-invasive cardiology with a distinguished focus on preventive cardiology and autonomic cardiovascular disorders, including dysautonomia and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). With a dual presence in both outpatient and inpatient settings, Dr. Haque offers comprehensive cardiovascular care that integrates diagnostic precision with a deeply patient-centered approach.
Dr. Haque’s career in medicine began at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, followed by a Cardiology Fellowship at Loyola University in Maywood, Illinois. Dr. Haque now serves as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Cardiology at UK.
Throughout her career, Dr. Haque has developed a nuanced understanding of the intricate relationship between autonomic dysfunction and cardiovascular health. This expertise is reflected in their extensive experience managing patients with dysautonomia and POTS—conditions that often present with diagnostic ambiguity and require a multidisciplinary, empathetic approach.
