Dr. Key Douthitt is an associated professor in the University of Kentucky’s Department of Family and Community Medicine where he serves as the medical director of the University of Kentucky, North Fork Valley Community Health Center.  Dr. Douthitt runs a multi-disciplinary diabetes clinic and has led the health center to multiple national quality awards including in Heart Health and Diabetes Health. Dr. Douthitt is also a core faculty member for the East Kentucky Family Medicine Residency in Hazard, Kentucky where he teaches medical students and family medicine residents.
