Anna Cason, RD, LD, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Spanish Language and Literature from Transylvania University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Systems from the University of Kentucky. In her role as a Senior Extension Associate, she supports nutrition education programming through the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Services.
