Date & Time of Session - 10/30/25 - from 2:30 - 3:30PM
Overview
Survey feedback from Norton pharmacy preceptors highlights a need for strategies to support struggling learners. This aligns with national data from 2022 showing that precepting struggling learners contributes to burnout. Addressing this need can improve both preceptor well-being and learner success.
Artificial intelligence continues to rapidly evolve and advance our opportunities to deliver effective pharmacy resident learning opportunities. This session will serve to highlight some of those opportunities and discuss existing policies within the pharmacy residency program that guides use of artificial intelligence.
