Jennie graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's in science and subsequently her medical degree in 2014. Jennie moved to Louisville for her pediatric residency and child abuse fellowship at University of Louisville, graduating from fellowship in the Summer of 2020. She began employment in September 2020 as a child abuse pediatrician at Norton Children’s Pediatric Protection Specialists and the Family and Children’s Place Child Advocacy Center. In June 2023, she transitioned to the UK Division of Pediatric Forensic Medicine where she is currently employed. Her academic interests include pediatric toxic exposure identification, problematic sexual behaviors, and community harm reduction.
