Karen Mace, BS, RHIT, ODS-C, has over 24 years of experience in cancer data management, with expertise in cancer registry operations, quality assurance, education, technology, and leadership. Throughout her career, she has served in various roles, including Director of Clinical Data Management at Prisma Health, METRIQ Product Support Specialist, and her current role as Oncology Registry Solutions Advisor at Registry Partners.

Karen has over 18 years of teaching experience in Health Information Management and Cancer Data Management and is a recognized speaker at state and national conferences. She is passionate about advancing the cancer registry profession through education, innovation, and professional development.

Karen currently serves as President of the South Carolina Cancer Registrars Association (SCCRA) and Retention and Recruitment Director on the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA) Board of Directors. Her dedication to leadership, education, and advocacy continues to make a meaningful impact on the cancer registry community.
