Dr. Emily Eastman is the Associate Director of Centralized Specialty Pharmacy Services at the University of Kentucky Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services (UKSPIS). She received her Doctor of Pharmacy and MBA degrees from the University of Kentucky and is Board Certified in Specialty Pharmacy. Dr. Eastman serves as Assistant Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Community-Based at Specialty Pharmacy residency at UKSPIS and actively precepts pharmacy students and residents. She is also an Assistant Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and faculty advisor for the SASP chapter. Emily is a member of NASP, KSHP House of Delegates, KYPRN Committee, UK Healthcare Ethics Committee, and is a Director on the Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board. Additionally, she advocates for rare disease patients, inspired by her 7-year-old-son.
