Detective Jay Picard serves as a Crimes Against Children Detective with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. His work focuses on crimes involving children, including online exploitation, sexual abuse, and human trafficking.

Before entering law enforcement, Jay served in the United States Marine Corps and later worked within the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Jay provides presentations on Internet safety, and online exploitation, drawing from his investigative experience to help students, families, and professionals better understand and navigate online risks.
