Natalie Pasquenza, RN, MBA, is Chief Executive Officer of Children’s Advocacy

Centers of Kentucky, leading statewide efforts to strengthen services and systems that

support children and families. She brings more than 20 years of mission-focused

leadership experience, most recently serving as Vice President at Volunteers of

America Mid-States, where she led strategy and external engagement across a multi-

state region. Earlier, she directed child and adolescent health research partnerships at

the University of Louisville. A licensed registered nurse with an MBA from the University

of Louisville, she blends clinical expertise with executive leadership and a focus on

measurable community impact.
