Dr. Harden was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University–DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. During medical school, he concurrently completed a Master of Business Administration, reflecting an early interest in the intersection of clinical medicine, leadership, and health care systems.

He went on to complete residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky. He is currently completing an Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Kentucky, with clinical and academic interests in minimally invasive stabilization and neuromodulation therapies.
