Jacob Kaslow, MD

Dr. Jacob Anthony Kaslow is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonary Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He completed his pediatric and chief residency at University of Louisville followed by a Pediatric Pulmonology fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He founded the THRIVe (Tracheostomy, Home Respiratory, Invasive Ventilation) Program at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, where he currently serves as Medical Director. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Kaslow is actively engaged in programmatic building, quality improvement, and resident and fellow mentorship. He founded the Pediatric Mechanical Ventilation Society, a multicenter collaborative focused on supporting, developing, enhancing and advocating for the highest quality of care for children who require mechanical ventilation.
