Personal Bio sketch-Treeva Jassim, MD 

Dr. Treeva Jassim, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Tufts Medical Center, specializing in breast, gynecologic pathology, and cytopathology. She also serves as Director of the Cytology Laboratory at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Jassim completed her pathology residency and Cytopathology Fellowship at the University of Kentucky, followed by advanced fellowship training in Breast and Gynecologic Pathology at Tufts Medical Center with elective rotations at Mass general hospital. A graduate of the University of Baghdad College of Medicine, she brings a strong background in clinical care, teaching, and academic pathology. Outside of medicine, she enjoys acrylic painting, horticulture, crocheting, cooking, fish keeping, and travel.
