Jacqueline Giarratano, DBA, MBA

Jacqueline Giarratano is a seasoned healthcare administrator with nearly 30 years of experience in business operations and leadership. She is a passionate advocate for expanding access to healthcare, particularly in the areas of substance use treatment services, behavioral health integration, and harm reduction. With a proven track record of transforming teams and driving strategic initiatives, Jacqueline has led multi-million-dollar organizations, focused on delivering impactful and equitable healthcare solutions.

A subject matter expert in mobile healthcare, Jacqueline brings deep expertise in supporting organizations that deliver essential services where they are needed most. She currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Mission Mobile Medical Group. Since January 2023, she has championed the mission of providing care to underserved populations through innovative mobile solutions.

Jacqueline holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Intelligence from Marymount University, College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology. Her research is focused on the drivers of turnover among Behavioral Health Professionals in Acute Substance Use Treatment. In addition to a Doctorate in Business Administration and Intelligence, she also holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Management from SUNY Cortland.
